This page explains what we collect when you use the tool, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• The website you ask us to check, the settings you choose, and the report we produce.
• Your IP address and the time of each check, to stop abuse (for example, limiting how many checks one person can run a day).
• A Search Console file, only if you upload one. It is used for your check only and deleted as soon as the check ends.
• What you send us: feedback, "this finding is wrong" reports, problem reports and contact messages, including your name and email if you give them.
• Error reports: if something breaks, technical details (not your personal data) are logged so we can fix it.

We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

• Reports and check history: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Feedback and messages: until they are no longer needed to answer you or improve the tool.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run the tool: our hosting provider, an email provider to deliver messages to us, Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, and an error-tracking service. They only process data to provide their service to us.

Reports others can see

A report is available to anyone who has its link. If several people check the same public website with the same settings within a few hours, they see the same report. Reports that include an uploaded Search Console file are never shared this way.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, through the contact form. We will reply within 30 days.
